Leading by vice-president ZHENG Jinhai, more than 20 teachers and students from our college participated the 18th Symposium on China Ocean (Coastal) Engineering on September 22nd, 2017. As a specially invited guest, Prof. Zheng Jinhai hosted one of the keynote speeches given by Prof. Peter Nielsen. Prof. GONG Zheng, Dr. HE Rui, Dr. FENG Xi, Post-docs LIAN Yushun and SUI Titi, PhD candidate HUA Xia and two master students gave oral presentations. Post-doc LIAN Yushun won the Outstanding Youth Paper Award; Dr. FENG Xi won the Outstanding Youth Paper Award of Encouragement; Post-doc XU Yanwen won the Outstanding Youth Academic Comunication Award.
